Agent is always better . They have done 100 of same cases in past . They are more familiar with weak or strong profiles for visitor visa application. Most of the people who discuss on this forum are unaware of full documentation for visa application. If you go to a immigration consultant they can easily answer the question we ask on this forum making different threads . Agent is best pick .

It makes no difference on the application processing time.
but yes it makes difference on your wallet, because agents charges extra amount for doing nothing... Do it Yourself is the best way forward.
