Age- what documents needed?

Dear all,

I am new to the forum. i have submitted my application to sydney and awaiting their response.

I have a doubt. How i can claim points for my age. I am 26 years old and eligible for 10 points. But i do not have birth certificates, because in India birth registration was not compulsory when we were born, therefore, my parents did not register my birth. We have 10th certificates showing our date of birth and also passports ahowing our date of birth. Are those documents sufficient to get the points awarded, for immigration purpose?

Please help, members who are experienced and seniors. Thank you in advance.

10th Certificate is sufficient as DOB proof. I submitted the same for claiming points.

Well I would like to know the same DOB Proofs.

Even I dont have any Govt Birth Registration. I have the same on Xth Certificate and Passport.

Will that work.
