Age turn 30 before getting ITA

hi,

My age is 29 now and CRS score is 475, if I created the profile for the application now but still couldn’t receive ITA before my birthday next year (July 18th -2021), will my score go down by 5 points (it will be 470) because my age is turned into 30?


Will this change impact my application?

Your age affects your CRS score until you receive an ITA, and then your age is locked in for the duration of your application.

In the scenario you're stating, yes until you receive an ITA your CRS score is subject to your age increasing, but it would affect whether or not you would receive an ITA based on the cut-off score, it would not impact your application once you receive an ITA.

Usually how long for someone to receive their ITA after they applied in the pool?

All depends on your score and pool composition, number and size of draws.

475 is a good score, it's above what the last cutoff score was of 472.
