Age before ITA and after ITA

So I have a question, if i get an ITA at age 30, i am getting 105 points for that. But after ITA and before submission i turn 31. and if i consider the pool of candidates that were given ITA was 448 minimum and i have the same points. So before submission my points will decrease to 442. How does that effect ? Please help

Once you receive ITA, your IELTS and Age CRS points freeze for 90 days. So, please apply in time.
