Hi all,

I just got one doubt.

I am in Canada , deputed by my parent company for onsite.

* On 2021 January, I will be completing 1 year in Canada. Can I include it as Canadian experience?

*Also by 2020 November end, I will become 33 year old. So my doubt is, can I submit my express entry application into the pool by mid of November (including 1 year Canadian experience) and if I get selected in December first week, then I will get 60 days time to submit my application. In that duration,I will complete 1 year Canada experience and also be 32 years of age in application. Will that work? I just don’t want to cross 32 and become 33 while submitting my application, as you now I might lose some marks for age.

kindly suggest.

Thanks.

When you turn 33 at the end of November, your CRS will be automatically reduced. In December, you will have CRS points for being 33, not 32.

I'm not sure I understand your duputed question. Are you working for your parents' company in Canada? If so, I don't see an issue provided you can show your parents' company has real operations / sales / revenue in Canada if you are asked and as long as you were paid a regular salary.

Working on a Client Location or Deputation is totally diffefent and doesn't count towards the CEC. For CEC, you need to be working for a Canadian employer with a Payroll in Canada and can show the Canadian Tax slips.
