Again Applying for PR of Dad .. Plz Advise

Hi Guys,
I need an advise on my case.

My mother (in-law) is a PR of Canada and her application for citizenship is "In Process".
My father (in-law) was not able to stay for minimum number of days in Canada required for PR renewal (Due to some personal reasons.).

Now please suggest what will the best way to get PR for my father.

My mother will apply from India after she will become Citizen of Canada.
Will there be complication in this case for again applying for PR.

Is there chances of refusal of application?

Your mother in law, who is now a PR, should apply to sponsor her husband. It should take significantly less time than an application from you as a child.

There is always a chance of refusal, but she may have a really good chance as a spouse.

Thanks for the reply.
We are planning that once my mother-in-law become citizen then she will apply for PR for Dad.
As after becoming citizen she can apply from India also. They will b together till the time Visa is in process.
