I will really appreciate If you read up to end and advise what to do..
I received ITA October-2017 and submitted my Express entry application on 01/01/2018.
I received medical examination status update as "Passed" on 15th January,2018.
My work permit was expiring in the fist week of April so I applied for bridging work permit in the beginning of April.
I received Procedural Fairness on 27th April, 2018 saying I have not Shown any foreign Experience In any of my previous application - my initial study permit application, study permit extension or PGWP.
My work permit was on hold until I respond to the procedural fairness with explanation.
And also my representative who did my Initial study permit application they did not put my work experience in initial study permit application - instead they mentioned I was preparing for IELTS during that time.
CIC gave me 30 days to provide supporting documents to prove If I rally have foreign work experience and also why I did not mention about my work experience in any applications.
Hear is the things I have done and responded within 30 Days.
1. I sent a copy of my paper application for my work permit that I did through a representative in Canada, In which representative mentioned my foreign work experience.
2. I provided Copy of pay stub - Appointment letter - Resignation acceptance letter - relive letter - with all my bank statement ( bank stamped and Notarized). I also got a charted accountant to make me a summary of my pay stub and pay deposits to prove, that pay was deposited as per pay slips and it matches with pay stubs date.
3. Along with explanation letter.
Just 2 days after I received my Work permit extension approval in MAY-2018
I thought, Document I provided was enough so they approved it and I will be ok.
Its been over 9 Months since I submitted my express entry application and over 4 moths I have
replied to procedural fairness.
What should I do Now?
