After Passport Request mail for PR , what are the steps to submit passport with VFS

Hi,

I am from India and i got Passport Request mail for my PR application. In the mail it was written to submit passport and two photos to VFS and then VFS will forward the documents to Canadian High Commision in New Delhi.

I want to know , apart from the VFS fee, Do i need to pay any other fee.
