calgirl , did the chc approve your case before receiving the cal pcc?

I am still under process. Submitted my passport this November to CHC New Delhi as per their request. The request came after submitting CA PCC submission. ecas shows "in process".

They asked for the PCC after I submitted my full application but sent medical+passport+RPRF request before I submitted the PCC. However, they mentioned in the letter that final decision can only be taken after they receive the PCC.

Yes, they won't touch your passport if the PCC is missing. My ecas changed to "decision made" on 1st Dec 09.

I would suggest to have a clear communication with your visa office regarding that if that's the case. I believe they will guide you to your next step.
