I got my ITA and all documents are ready to be sent.
I have a question, I am on a Spousal Working Permit due to my wife's Study Permit. Our current visa will expire on July 31st, 2021.
We will both need to extend our visas but not sure which path to take.
I guess my wife will extend her SP till the end of her course (September 2021) and then apply for a PGWP (one year for that as a one-year university course). Our daughter. (kindergarten) will come through my application as I guess will be easier for her to maintain her status with me rather than my wife.
Regarding me, it is a different situation. I am in need to extend my current WP.
surely, the response and (hopefully) approval for the PR won't happen in 4 months (now to July 31st) therefore I am in need to apply for Implied or bridging status.
Does anyone know how to do it? How can I apply for those statuses? what will then be the expiration date?
If somebody has gone through the same process, please could you give me your feedback?
