I will attend the interview soon and want to know when the officer will request me to submit police clearance and health certificate and when the final decision will be made. If I go to oversea after interview
can I get visa in overseas visa office.

If your interview went smoothly with the official....

u will be given two letters to prepare your medical checkup and police records right on the spot...

Meaning right after your interview session...Thats what happened to me...Not sure if other applicants have different experiences !!!

Good luck ....

So is it necessary to have interview to get the medicals papers and work on the police reports. Which country you are applying from?

I have seen people who give Police reports well in advance and then they ask for medicals and no interview.

New Yorker my brother in law was in the US when he send his application and he was waive the interview and the IELTS, the just ask for medicals and FBI at some point, this was 2 years a go, now we don;t know

Good to hear that the interview can be waived, I hope mine got waived, but I am ready anyways. I have IELTS completed and have the required numbers in the test, I hope after they review the documents they have requested, they ask for Medicals and FBI. I will be lucky!!

This all depends upon the contents of your application, documents required by CIC /submited by you in support of your application. If the cic officer is satisfied that the complete and perfect evidence exists in making a decision,he or she can waive off the interview and ask you for medical.

I am providing what they asked (Proof of Tax to verify employment experience and original Transcripts to verify education), if they would have more requests in documents, they wold have asked me with this request. I do not have to do a IELTS as I already gave them the original with the required high score.

My question is, once this verification completed normally what happens next. I understand you can be rejected for any abnormal reason - but normally what will happen next?

Thanks,
