Hello. Currently on IEC-Working Holiday. Working full time. Employer willing to keep me after my IEC ends.
What is best way and easiest way to sort everything out? Can I apply for work permit extension or employer must apply for LMIA and then I can apply for working visa? Thank you.

Your employer needs to obtain an LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit tied to your specific employer. Start early - LMIAs can easily take 4-6 months.

As i found out there is three visas what I could apply for
  • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
My next question is which one of these visas will help me faster get PR? Does all of them allows bring spouse with me? And what is main difference between these three visas. Thanks.

They aren't visas - these are permanent residency streams.

Which one you should apply under and if you qualify depends on the work experience you have and other factors such as your education (which you'll need to get officially assessed), your English language test results, etc.

All of these streams will allow you to take your spouse with you.

The fastest one is likely FSW (again, if you qualify and have enough points to be immediately selected). Once you are selected and submit your application - you're likely looking at 6-10 months until you have PR.

Ok, right now I just want to sort out my working visa so I can stay and work in Canada. My employer have to apply for LMIA. What I need to do after it gets positive LMIA? Sorry I'm confused.

Once your employer obtains an approved LMIA, you need to apply for a new work permit (closed work permit tied to your specific employer).

Just to add assuming you are not already aware the IEC work permit cannot be extended so when you reach the expiry date you either have to leave the country or extend your stay as a visitor. Do the latter in good time before the IEC expiry. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/extend-stay.asp

Once the IEC expires you will need to stop working given you will have no status other than as a visitor until either a successful LMIA application or a PR application. So depending when the IEC expires there may be an extended period while either application is processing where you cannot work in Canada
