After hearing - waiting for decision

Hi guys,

I had my hearing a week ago. At the end I didn’t get a response, they said that after listening to everything they would mail me a letter with the final decision.

My question is how long can this take? Why didn’t they have an answer at the moment?

It can take anywhere from a few days to many months to receive the final decision. Each case is individual and processing times vary. Hopefully you will hear soon.
