Hey,

So I'll be attending Seneca in the Fall of 2014. It's a one year course with co-op. I'm unsure of what to do after my course is over. Can someone help me along with this please?

Thank you :)

As, Regina said you need to figure out for yourself. You have some time to plan.
You can apply for PGWP which will be valid for one year.
OR
Do another course of at least one year to be eligible for 3 year PGWP.

No, for getting 3 yr PGWP the program from the very beginning HAS to be for 2 years.
I thought the same way, but upon reading stories about ppl and doing some research I found it is possible.
Check this link out: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2010/ob194A.asp
Go to Revised program criteria section, it is explained with examples there.

Ok, so maybe it came out wrong, but when I said 'unsure' I meant about applying for PR (eligibility and which province to apply from and all). I know I'll have my post-study work visa after my course to give me time to look for a job.

Is it easier to secure PR in one province than the other?

Wow! Thank you! Definitely an important information.
So , I guess a student should only be careful choosing the second one-year program. The best way, I think, is to get advice from the university international studies adviser.
