After filling forms online, is it okay to also write in pen?

Like for my current date at my job it doesn't let me write current so I left I blank should I write it in in pen?

You can handwrite on any forms that aren't validated, but you should avoid doing so on validated forms, as the barcodes contain the information you have typed in the form and anything handwritten could be missed.
