Email drali (ur file is on waiting list and be sure that we process files quickly) is different from email our friend mft,and email our friend nobelknight (we r about start processing ur file) also different,what i concluded from all emails is that not the same officer who replied to this emails,of course they have did not touch our files ,i know that well and i am not surprised about that,ur files transferred to bucharest at first March,it takes about 6 months from this date in order to start processing our files,so i told u before that they will start processing it at the end of august,by the way they have almost finished Lebanes files.

This was expected dear mft. It is good at least that they replied your email. They did not reply mine.
As Dr. Tarek said, we still need to wait and I think it could be until the beginning of next year. We should not be surprised.
In this case we should not expect much from the CAIPS results

As i told before same answer by Canadian Office in AMMAN that you have to be patient ???

dear all,i dont like to force anyone to convaince my opinion,i am still think that they will start processing our files on the end of August,as i told b4 ,i will receive my medical on septembre inshalah,i understand well that they transferred our files in order to faster processing ,not to put them in the drawer,they have already put a schedule for our files but they didnt tell us about that,dont care about this email coz this email has not any useful info,this email says that they have not touched our files yet,and they cant provide any info by email,so what's new ??this is a normal email,they didnt tell u that u should wait one year,on another hand they replied to drali different way,they told him that they treat our files in the order of the reception date, and they work very fast to treat the files.
so now which email we should believe???thats why i told u,dont care about those emails,anyway this is my opinion.

i sent the email yesterday 8/7 and today I got the reply

Believe me mike I did not expect that answer at all . I was expecting a reply like your file will be processed soon or something like that but this email clearly indicate that they did not touch our files until now and they will not in the coming months may be sep or oct but not before .
also after I received this email I am not expecting any piece of useful info from the caips may be we can know when our file has been transferred nothing else . I am expecting to receive my caips on 15/7 and I will share any useful info as usual

I know it is not the news that we want to hear but believe me that I wish it is wrong . let us wait for the caips to see when they are planning to open our files I will share this info immediately once I receive it . I predict that we will receive medical in 4th quarter of this year and even in that case we not land before the summer 2015 so one year more we need to wait

how can i proiove this to them and what exactly i have to send them.

I faced the same problem when submitting my file, we are in Iraq have the same problem, we don't have electronic or advanced taxes system,
However my lawyer asked me to write a declaration explaining this sitaution,
don't worry they know the system for each country,
