AFTER CSQ AMMAN VISA OFFICE LET GET CONNECTED

Guys thank you all. I did the medical around mid feb.

I have 2 questions if anybody can help:
1- can we send the files directly to the visa office or we have to send them to VAC?
2- my wife's passport is not signed by herself. They mention in the email "unsigned visas are not valid for travel". With the situation in Syria, how can we go back and sign it or even ask the embassy? I only have 30 days to submit everything.

Guys.

I guess I received the so-called Golden email asking me for the passport.

First and foremost, I know all of you are waiting. I really wish every one of you will receive the visa. I really assure you that these people are working now and it is no joke. I have been waiting since 2010 for this (can't believe it's been 5 years!). Good luck to all of you one by one and thanks for all the help.

The email doesn't say the visa will be granted. It says a decision has been made but it talks extensively about the validity of visa etc. etc. so I presume things are OK.

- Does anybody know how I can send the passports to Amman without myself going there? Is there a way to send them through DHL and DHL arranges for delivery and pickup and delivery back to me?

- To complicate things, I have a trip lined up end of next month. They are talking that the process will not take more than 10 days. Does anybody know exactly how much time it takes?

as I said before after medical every one will receive landing within month or 2 this mean they did security as I expected thanks god I wish dr tarek is here to know that I was right .

Should the passports be exclusively sent to VAC or I can send them directly to the embassy in Amman via DHL. Please those who already got their visas can surely help.

Dear friend you did the right step..for VAC you can't send the passport by mail I called them by phone
DHL instuctions for sending the passport directly to the embassy

3 month ago one of my relative sent his passport to Amman VO
he send the passport by DHL mail
after completing issuing visa, the embassy will sent to you an e-mail to take your passport
you should go again to DHL office and give him your file number and they will bring your passport by calling Amman DHL office
it is well known process for DHL mail, just tell him you have Canadian visa that should be issued and he will tell you the process step by step

they should inform you in the email how to submit your passport .For spouse visa they requested them to submit passports through VAC as new procedure
