We are currrently reviewing files submitted in July 2010; We appreciate your patience and will contact you as this application reaches the next stage of processing. In the meantime, the only information you are required to provide us in order to update your application is:

- Change of address or contact information, including email address;
- Request to withdraw your application and refund the application fees;
- Change of your representative;

my friend it is mentioned but not applied . we did not hear any one waived his interview i know some aplicants has c1 level in french and they are over qualified in points and they did the interview .they need to check your certificate originals they want to speak with you to give you adaptability points . also all this points are your calculation how can you garantee that they will give you same points like you give to your self. interview is a must and be preapared and ready this is my advice to you. i wish you best of luck

thank you for sharing this email it is useful info since it is informing us that they are working now on july 2010 applicants which in my openion not so many . this proof that they were waiting for the new location to start the process already 2 persons share that one received medical and other received email to submit passport .so they start working on files of quebec for the first time this year . and the process speed depend on how many staff start in immigration department . i am expecting in november they will reach 2012 applicants .

i think this is a good sing , at least they start replying on our emails
pls could you tell us when you sent your query to embassy ? how many days they took for replying ?

Merci beaucoup kita7789 de ces informqtion, c'est déjà très bien, au mois on sais maintenant que ils ont commoncé de treaté les demandes de juillet 2010. Comme ça on peut dire que ils vont terminer les demandes de 2010 à la fin de cette année.
Concernant l'enterview, je pense pas que ils ont besoin de ça parceque on l'a déjà fait quand on a pris le CSQ, mais si ils voulent varifier les decuments origines.

You asked the applicants that living in Syrie send an email to fast the files. But i would like to know if they told you this information or not? cos iam from Baghdad and the satuation is very danger (civil war).
