After applying citizenship can I go for foreign studies ?

If you ask me I wouldn't put my plans for the life on hold for such a long period, just to get a citizenship.

If the citizenship is very important to you to posses , then probably you have to waste some time until you get it. That time might be couple of months or couple of years.
 
But U know everyone has dreams everyone has plans like we can surely have mobility rights
 
But on the other hand you see that there is somehow a hidden message from the CIC that is not really good to stay outside of Canada while the application is in process... they don't really like the additional travels of the applicants.
