Hello again,

Congratulations to all those who have just received good news regarding their sponsorship case.
But why is it that so many people here talk about a second round of medical exams? My husband did his initial medical check up a while ago. Does he have to do it for a second time?
How do you guys check the application statues of your case?

Mozhda, Your medical has one year validity after one year it will be expired and you need to update it that is why people are talking about Re-medical. This link will take you where you can check your application online http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/status.asp

Dear Mozhda

We can not do our re-medical by our self since we don't receive second medical request. I myself wait for the second medical 24 month. I wish they request my passport for visa in these months.

Could you please give me an advice, My wife is sponsoring me and we sent our application on 20-Sept-2012 and it arrived in New Delhi on 30-Oct-2012 since that time its under process I have done my second medical on, 25-Oct-2014, still they did not request my passport for visa issuance, when we get in touch our MP in Toronto he said they are started your application's last review, its not clear when they will request for passport.


I really need urgent reply please seniors advice me.

If your MP said that, so you don't have any other choice than waiting for the answer. Or the other option is that you can order GCM notes it helps you that where you case is and what section they working on. Wait Wait Wait you will get it soon Inshullah.

My wife had ppr last month and she send it on nov 12 to Visa office in Islamabad. it's been a month now and she still hasn't got her passport back. Is it normal for them to take more then a month to send her passport back in pakistan? if this was in india it take less then a week.

Ya it takes long in Pakistan about 21-or more
Days till you get it back ! Have you track it ? Just make you that have recive it

Yes i track it and they did get it. just waiting is the worse.

"Pa and the sponsor are compatible in age, education, religion, and speak the same language, based on the review of the docs and information on file, the relationship appears genuine. The Fact that PA and sponsor have a child from this relationship, further strengthens this perception".
