Affidavit- Please help!

Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding to Common-law proofs. I’m planning to submit Notarized affidavits such as Affidavit of residence/Acknowledgment of relationship ( from my landlord, family members etc,). Anyone knows if there are specific forms for those, or I can just write by myself and have them notarized? It would be much appreciated if you can share the link/forms

Yes, that form definitely will be included. I’m asking about other proofs like Affidavits. Thank you anyway.

I don't believe that a blizzard of affidavits is required to document your relationship. Most people include ordinary letters of support. That's why there are no templates. There's no need for them.
