Hi, i have changed my name in India and recently moved to Canada. All my Travel documents like passport, driving license etc. is in my new name. but all my educational certificates are in my old name. Now, when i want to apply for a teaching license, they are asking for the court's order. I didn't understand , how can i make another document/affidavit declaring that i had changed my Name. i had an affidavit whoch i got in India but here people are saying that the document should not be more than 6 months old.i am totally confused. please help learned people. Thanks in advance.
