AEO limitation......What if?

Hi, for sending an AEO the company/employer should already have
hired atleast one other employee ,that has been working for them for atleast one year and has been paying taxes.
The size of the company s not important.Infact the company/business shd be genuine , shd be registered , has done with the required formalities of canadian laws.

Can AEO be used for PNP outside Canada.
I mean if you get a job offer from Canada, can the Employer apply for PNP for the employee, does he have to advertise in the papers and show no Canadian or PR can take up this job????

AEO is easier to get than an LMO. There are not the same advertising requirements for an AEO.

An AEO can be used to apply for PR from outside of Canada through at least some of the PNP's but only if it's a skilled job. Semi-skilled workers applying under the semi-skilled programs in BC and AB need to work 6-9 months before they can apply for PR through PNP.
