Employer sent only updated job offer and AEO questionnaire. No other business/legal documents were sent.

Employer has the option to send legal documents directly to VO. so may be he sent these documents directly to VO.

But legally he is not responsible to send legal documents .........its depends only on employer and visa office gives relaxation in this point and if fresh job offer is submitted that is enough for them .......Visa Office does not really want all the documents which are described in email.......

so in this case employer sent these documents directly to LVO...

just for privacy... employer can send legal business related documents directly to VO.

Yes Visa office gives this option to employer to send directly ..........and its also better that documents should b sent by employer or by his attorney ........to visa office we should include only fresh job offer in our documents......

I do not think so it happened ever because many applicant received medical direct from in process to medical......London Visa office is really lazy about this........i hope in July we would receive medical insallah......otherwise we should not focus on 2nd line .........

One more thing i discussed it with my friends he said he knows many person who even landed in Canada but remains in Process.....................and I agreed E.cas is not reliable
