I have a situation that I need you to advise !!

Arrived in canada early March on visit visa ! My wife graduated masters April! Applied her PGWP May 18 and also submitted my SOWP ! Till now I have not heard from the IRCC! Meanwhile I got a job but am not allowed to work until I got work permit meanwhile was doing some professional courses related to the work! My challenge is I was called to go to Africa to work there for two weeks and I haven’t resigned from my work that I had before I Come into canada I didn’t mention that my visit visa expired 15th August! advise me how I can go coz in November I had to go for that work !

Nothing much you can do but send a webform. If you leave and your TRV expired then you cannot return. You are now out of status in Canada because you can only stay up to 6 months unless you apply for a visitor record.

So don't know what advice you want because you are out of status (need to apply for a visitor record), TRV expired (cannot apply inside Canada since a visitor) and SOWP not completed (wait for a response). Assume your spouse has an eligible job.

Agree that there seems to be no mention of the spouse’s job, NOC of job, when this job started, etc. which are all very important to determine whether a SOWP will be granted. Not sure why OP also arrived in March knowing that even if spouse has a job that would make them eligible h to or SOWP it would take quite a while to get the SOWP.

Thank you! She started in April after her graduation and we applied afterwards! It’s in NOC 2 or 3 she’s account receivable and payables at teck company! Was wondering if I can go regardless their response! Then I applied visit visa or if ask my employer for LMIA with the work I got though I’m not allowed to work! I’m eager to go and I want to be back easily to join my family because I have a daughter and wife here!thank you so much @canuck78 @Naturgrl

Now mentioning LMIA so employer would have to post the job, document the recruiting process and prove no Canadian has the work experience, education and language skills to do the job. With LMIA, you apply with your ECA, language tests and work experience. What is your NOC and wage?

Well you are out of status because you entered Canada more than 6 months ago. So restore and apply for a visitor record. You cannot work in Canada so you decide what you want to do. Return home and work is an option. Wife finds a new job that is eligible. When does her permit expire?

her PGWP has not yet given she applied and told to work until November 14,thy will reply !! Return home and work is an option that I have because im working with Worldbank but I wanted to be with my family so im meeting my employer tomorrow to discuss LMAI meanwhile I will go home and wait the options

Employer has to file for LMIA and pay $1k. They will want to post the job and make sure no Canadian has the education, language tests, and work experience. Get ECA and language tests. Once you have an approved LMIA, you can apply for a closed work permit. This is a long ways away. What is job and wage?

You have no status in Canada so apply for visitor record if you intend to stay as a visitor.

Not sure what you mean about November 14 date. Right now you are not eligible for SOWP.

the job is investment analysis and wage is 75000$ annual and live in British Colombia ! November is when thy supposed to reply to my wife PGWP so now she is till waiting I can't tell the time allowed and both her and my daughter haven't yet received their response!now am going to apply visitor record then after I will apply visit visa allow me to travel to go back to Africa to work !thank you

So if wife doesn't change jobs then you are not eligible for SOWP. Employer has to file for LMIA and prove no Canadian can do the job.
