If you are from Pakistan, DON'T even think of getting admission in any college. Go for university and for university you would require a minumun of 6 IELTS. Search the university website for more detail.

This college is required 5.5.......but its not in toronto....its in winsdor.......

Beaware if you are from Paksitan then avoid to apply in any college......try to go university for minimum bachelor program.

Most Canadian graduate programs have very high standards for English, usually 7 or 7.5 IELTS. Do some research by looking at the university's website: graduate program admission. A lot of schools have pre-master's programs to improve English to the level for graduate studies.

1. No most of universities have English requirement of 6.5
2. Search the desired university's website for English proficiency. Even some university don't require IELTS for example, University of Alberta has allowed students from specific universities from some countries who are not require to prove English proficiency. You have to comply to the conditions mentioned on your desired university's website.

unconditional but only for bachelor programs only.

Yes, there are more options for undergraduate programs because more and more Canadian universities have entry or pathway programs for international students. For example, in British Columbia, SFU has Fraser International College. Also, Trinity Western University has a new program called UT1. The IELTS and TOEFL requirements for these are a little lower.

However, these are not very helpful for you if you want a graduate degree. Many graduate programs are becoming more and more strict. I agree: read the university website carefully and you can get the answers quickly.
