Advise needed

Hi,

Can anybody say whether CIO will Be closed for christmas holidays? If yes, how many days will it be closed?
I want to send my application on 17 th dec 2010 by fedex. will there be any problem if I send it on that day? I mean CIO will be open to receive my documents?

Generally how long will it take to reach canada from India through fedex?

hi friend.

i leant from this forum it is no good to send docs near xmas holidays. somebody said he sent docs on 19 or 20 dec and wen courier reached there nobody was avialble to sign and finally docs were received on 4 january.

its better you either send early or after xmas
