Does having a express entry profile lowers the chance of you ascertaining a study permit? Profile was withdrawn due insuffient points and now planning to apply for study permit. Will this affect me?
No but you will need the usual thing language proficiency , qualifications, relevance of proposed course, funds and demonstrate intention to return to home country.
