hey guys i just completed my medicals...i would like to know if i shud send up back my passport to the embassy or wait for their request....Please reply

Medical test form/receipt that has your photo on it.

the receipt i got just have the amount of money i paid for the medical ...the doctor got the forms with picture

You need not submit anything then as is the process I guess.

yea at the dmp i had to pay the courier service for him to send up my docs....and the embassy they request anything from me on the medical forms...i dmp took a photocopy of my passport along with 2 passport pics...
