Advise canadian experience class April 2014 application

My family and I applied april 10th 2014 for PR under Cec and we did medicals and sent police clearance all last year. My son is austistic and he had to redo medicals. His medicals have been under review from June 2015 and I also emailed my MLA to do follow ups on my behalf. My file was put on top priority according to mla and the reponse we get 30-60 days is that our medicals and police check passed and son's medical is still under review. Is there a way to get the court to get an immediate decision from immigration

You can always follow up through your local MP (they will get back to you in 48 hours tops) if you are residing in Canada. I don't understand how they told you that your profile is put on top priority list?! The process has a dedicated timeline and every change or review would stretch that timeline accordingly, depending on the nature of the change/review.

From my perspective you should be hearing from them any day now, stay patient, you've been dragged this long, just stay put a little bit more.
