I have a complicated situation.
I hold a visitor visa and was in canada last year for a couple of months with my spouse.
My spouse hold a Worker Visa(Skill level B).
I tried to apply for an open work permit (as advised in this forum) in the port of entry ,
but they gave me the CIC contact number.
But, as there were some situation in family, both of us came back.
Now, we will be again travelling this 31st march.
Please let me know how can I get a OWP and how long is the processing time.
I have 6+ years of experience in IT.
Another question, our visa is expiring this Aug'2012, so we will be
applying for a revewed visa.Please let us know how long will that take.
Also kindly advice, should we first apply for a Visa Renewal or the OWP for me.
Which is better with limited rejection chances.
