advice please

I filed my application in Delhi CIC nearly 2 years ago. Now i am working in uk for the last two years. I would like to transfer to my file from Delhi to London. If i transfer my file to London will it be day 1 in London or will i get any seniority in the processing.

It will be day one at London. However the time limit from Delhi would be around 5 years so just compare it with the time limit from London and act.
