My daughter and my PR card have expired, i am living outside Canada, we are holding Canadian Immigration, my daughter has got admission in University of Toronto and now she is suppose to come and join the month of September, how can she enter canada, and with what documents, she is holding a valid USA visa

- If you have not met the residency reqirement, apply for a student visa for her & a visit visa for you.

- If you have met the residency requirement, apply for a travel document from closest embassy.

i checked from the canadian immigration in toronto they said that a canadian number plate car with a canadian driver can drive to this side of canada to buffalo and pick her up,
