Hi My visa and study permit is till 31 August 2012 and today is 12 august.
I was in canada since January but I had to come back to India due to my father's death. But now I am planning to cpmplete my course and planning to apply for extention from CIC chandigarh.
The Question I wanna ask is that , should I extend from here or should I fly with this visa and apply for extention from Canada itself.?
Are there any chances of rejection if I apply for extention from here?
My documents for the extention of my Study Permit are as follows:-
1. My Passport and my old Study Permit.
2. My old offer letter
3. My bank statement having around 7 lac balance
4. Letter from the bank that I have opened the banck a/c on that date and I have balance of 7 lac with bank's stamp on it.
5. Letter from college that I am expected to complete the remaining 3 courses in January 2013.
6. My Transcript of the courses I have done there before leaving canada.
7. My mother and fathe'r ITR ( 2010-2011 and 2009-2010) I haven't attached 2011-2012 ITR because it is not yet filed and it will take around 10 days for the full procedure like audit and then file.. I dont have that much time.
8. My acedemic (10th, 12th, B.com I,II,III and my Bachelor's Degree)
9. My IELTS result.
