Advice on masters or PG diploma

Hello everyone,
am new here,ive just completed a beng in chemical engineering outside canada with a 2nd class 2nd division gpa 2.2,i wanted to move to canada and wanted to do a masters in engineering management or project management by taking a loan ,do you think i would be eligible,ive considered the post graduate diploma,but you'll get only 1 year work permit which will be a hinder to PR,what options do i have please,

Hello everyone, i just completed my first degree in business administration and i'd like to apply to a school in Canada with a 2.2 GPA. i need to know what chances i have in getting admitted into a school and what advice i can get if its not possible
