For admission to the good public Universities across Canada, you need to have a good score, usually atleast a 60% or higher second class in your 12th std. and an acceptable score in any of the English proficiency tests such as IELTS (with min overall of 6.5).
If your diploma(may or may not be after 12th grade) is recognized in your country, and if you've a good score, you may be eligible to apply for UG in Buss. Admin at U of W. You need to email the international office at U of W to confirm. Depending upon which country you are form, you can check the admission requirements for UG course for international students on their website.

However, since you have a gap of nearly 6 years, it would be highly advisable for you to show work ex/ any other course/or what you did all these years, i.e a good resume, to make a favorable impression with both the admission committee at the U of W and the visa officer, so as to have better chances for you to get positive results.
