Hi, I apologize if this question has been answered already. I saw the post this morning talking about the 'Come To Canada' tool. In my tool even though I have over 8 years of experience, my 'continuous' experience is for 4 years and 10 months. Unsure if I answered the '3-4' years or '4-5' years.

My questions should I withdraw my profile and create a new EE profile? Thank you all for your replies.

Yes, this. Also a bit more. Come to Canada tool is a basic tool that gives you your E number so that you can create your actual EE profile. So whatever you input into the Come to Canada tool, only the most basic stuff (that is your biographical stuff) gets pulled over to your actual EE profile. Do not worry about what you put into that tool re: work experience. You can always play around with that even in your submitted EE profile. So just feel free to edit your EE profile as you see fit and forget about what you put in the Come to Canada tool.

Best Wishes.

Thank you very much StAnger and MooseNBooze for your replies. I feel more relieved now. Was starting to panic for a moment because I honestly can't remember what I put in the 'Come To Canada' tool.

Phew, thank you for your replies. Have a great day. :)

The thread in the morning about come to Canada tool had a different issue. The applicant was not being given lower points after the EE profile was created. I hope your profile shows the same points that you got initially using the CRS tool.

Hi joelmath, thankfully the correct score is reflected (in my case). My initial calculation had my 2 Chartered Accounting qualifications (in Australia and Canada) as '2 degrees, diplomas, etc...'. Have since changed it to Bachelor's of Business Degree (Accounting & Finance major), which I got assessed as equivalent to a '3 year Canadian degree ...'. (much to my detriment).

It's kind of unfair how CIC does not value designations. I'm sure other people feel the same as me but it took a lot of effort and sacrifice to attend the classes, sit for the exams and receive passing grades.
