Fellow Nigerians I was ask to pay for RPRF and with the present CBN law of $300 limit I cannot use my master card for the payment. I went to GTbank to use form A but they are asking me of the account number that will receive the money. What will I do

If you have tried to use your debit card and it is not going through, I believe the only option you ve got now is to ask for someone you trust outside the country to pay for you and you refund the person. Also contact CIC about this if they would be able to provide you with an account number. CBN is just being too strict with their laws these days making life difficult for some people.
