Hi guys am looking for your opinions please,my wife took ielts exam several
Times but unfortunately her scores aint that good,i am going to loose 5 points due to age by jan and if she is going to retake the exam we will increase around 9 points if she scores the max which i doubt, logically speaking 3-6 points are achievable but even if that happens will have only one draw before loosing the 5 points,am sitting at 463 now,is it worth taking the exam to increase 3-6 points for one draw before loosing 5 points due to age, looking for opinions please

Erm...you've already have this answered.

It'll be the same advice...

You'll loose 5 points with your age but if your wife retakes IELTS and scores higher, you'll likely make those lost 5 points back.

Yes i agree but am rushing to book her another exam just to have that chance in the extra draw just before me loosing the age points, she wont have that much time to prepare and thus only 3 points average will be achievable so is it worth it to retake the exam and bump our score maybe from 463 to 466 or 469 max for a single draw or is better for us to wait and prepare properly before taking the exam even if that means me loosing 5 points for age by that time

You won't loose either way.

If she scores more you'll get points, if she scores less you can carry on using the results she has now. If you can afford to take the test, do it. The extra points might make all the difference.

However DON'T rush her. If she isn't ready or not prepared, wait. It's a judgement call for her, here.
