advice about pregnant spouse processing time pakistan

Aoa .
My wife is in Canada and she is pregnant.she have pr card .she stay 3 month with me and back canada and She sponcer me 15-01-2016 and attach pregnancy report and delivery date in June 2016 . . And I and my wife want in delivery time both together . Plz tell me about processing time cic issue visa before delivery or not .

CIC will not speed up your application because she is pregnant. Her application will have no priority and will be processed same as others. Depending on your VO, you might be lucky to get a visa before, but don't rely on the pregnancy report to shorten your processing time.
