My AOR is Dec 1, (OINP outland). After a long silence since the end of January, I got an ADR yesterday. They were asking for
1. Schedule A (i was expecting this since I have Work Permit Rejection)
2. Income tax statements and pay slips for 12 consecutive months
3. Last 3 months bank statement for Proof of funds
(Note : any transaction above 5000$ needs explanation)
I have all the documents but Income Tax statements. Since my income during my claimed work experience was never above the taxable threshold, no income tax was deducted from my salary nor did I file tax for it since it's not mandatory.
I can even produce bank statements showing Salary Deposits. What should I do now??? Any advice??
