i want to get admission in M.Eng in Canada for winter 2011 but the dates has been passed so can i apply in college for short diploma course and on the basis of that college i apply for visa and after completing my diploma course in college am i eligible for univerrsoity admission as i have already done BS electronics engineering 4 years programme from pakistan?????
