I am student from Pakistan has done Masters in Computer Sciences with (2.8 CGPA, 70%). I know cgpa is quite very less for the PHD. Is there any university which accepts me with this grade?
I already talked with professor of UBC and he is ready to supervise me but problem is graduate school who basically enroll me for the PHD program is refusing me by saying that sorry it not fulfilling our requirments specially.
I have my transcript in which grades are mentioned and even i got A grade in my research thesis work. 4 papers are submitted into reputed journals.
Please i need your need to suggest me which universities can accept me with this grade ?
