Asking for a friend. I don't know what to advise since there are multiple charges involved.

Here are the details I have:

- 2-3 DUIs from 30 years ago
- Citizenship is American
- Individual no longer has a driver's license but has a valid passport and wishes to visit Canada

Is this individual inadmissible or admissible?

This depends on the US law. The country in which the offence was committed. Since 30 years has passed he must have served or satisfied the punishment. If he's able to show evidence of discharge or rehabilitation and meet other admissibility requirement, he shouldn't have any issue.

The multiple convictions may complicate it, but given the time since the last offence and as they have noDL I would think there is a pretty strong chance The would be deemed rehabilitated at entry.
