Hi everyone,
I applied for my co-op work permit a few days ago and I’m really worried because I have ADHD.

There was a question on the application about if I have a mental disorder that requires any health services apart from medication and I answered no because I only need medication to treat it.

But I still need a doctor to get a prescription for the medication. So I explained this in my client information letter that I need to see a doctor once a month to go get the prescription for the medication.

will this affect my co-op work permit? If they say I am medically inadmissible will I have to leave Canada since I’m already here on my study permit?
Thanks

No - this won't impact your work permit. Nothing to worry about. It's a minor condition.
