My spouse successfully landed in Canada in July. She was told to provide her address online to receive the initial PR card. We submitted canadian mailing address multiple times and also submitted via webform queries. However, when I check the online status it still shows the old address (outside Canada). We are looking to get the PR card asap and want to make sure IRCC can update the address. We also called IRCC but they are focused on Afghanistan crisis and no agent is available.
Anyone in similar situation? Any suggestions on what we should try next?
