Hello all,

I was searching for the past hour for a similar situation as mine, but couldn't find any so I raised a new topic.

I was just wondering what to to put on the "address history" section when you've moved countries, say Country A to Country B and you've stayed in a temporary accommodation. For sure when you landed in Country B you would've stayed in a hotel or a serviced apartment before you're able to sign up for a lease.

In my case I stayed in a couple of hotels before I managed to sign a lease. During this time I've already landed in Country B and my police certificate already covers the period, but I'm not sure if it's appropriate to put the hotel addresses. I don't know which address is appropriate:

1. My residential address in Country A (however the police certificate already covers this period, as well as the passport stamps)
2. Hotel addresses?
3. Company address in Country B ?

Anyone here who can advise ?

Thanks!

I would just put the address of the place where you ended up living in country B.

CIC are not interested in hotel addresses where you stayed for a few days.
