So in the address history section, can there be overlap between timelines?

For example, I was in Singapore between 2010-2013 however I also made around 20 short visits (like 3-5 days) to Thailand during that time to visit my parents

Do I have to add the details as follows (I've obviously randomized the dates but you can get the gist):

January 1 2010 - May 31 2010 Singapore xxxxxx(address)
May 31 2010 - June 5 2010 Thailand xxxxxx
June 5 2010 - August 7 2010 Singapore xxxxxx
August 7 2010 - August 10 2010 Thailand xxxxxx

...and so on

Or can I do it like this:

January 1 2010 - December 31 2013 Singapore xxxxx
May 31 2010 - June 5 2010 Thailand xxxxxx
August 7 2010 - August 10 2010 Thailand xxxxxx

The former process is extremely tedious as I have to repeat addresses and locations numerous times and it's also a royal mess trying to keep track of each and every single date in the system

The latter while not the greatest solution atleast simplifies things a lot more

How did you guys sort out your travel/address/work history?

Its physically not possible for you to live in two different address at the same time. best option is list the actual date like you mentioned in the 1st example. some seniors have the view that vacations does not count as cic is asking about you permanent address and should mention vacations in travel history. depends on you!!! remember you need to provide PCC for a stay of more then 6 months. search the forum for PCC requirements

PCC isn't a problem as I'll be getting those

My concern is the short term trips I've taken (especially to Thailand as they are lots!)

So are you proposing I don't need to add those?

I obviously plan to include all my permanent addresses anyways
