I have a question related to the address which I need to mail our passports for TRV renewal. I applied through paper based application for Visa renewal within Canada. I got a mail to send passports where they provided a link https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account/where-submit-passport.html for the address. But it was mentioned in the link as below
This page is only for applicants who submitted their temporary resident application via their online account'.
Even the address says for e-Application only.

Can anyone please confirm is this the same address for paper based applications as well? Why they specifically mentioned as for online/e-Applications?
