ADDRESS DISAPPEARED IN ECAS

Hello Guys!!
Anybody knows why ECAS does not show my address like before... and another question:
after medical they updated my status before it was:
Application Received 8 jun 11
In process : they started to process on jun 14

Now:
In process: We received your application for permanent residence on June 8, 2011.
We started processing your application on September 9, 2011.
Medical results have been received.

I am happy because finally they received my medicals but why they started from sept 9 and not from june 14 like before
That means that they are gonna start again or what i am confused!!!

thanks mirjahan for your reply , the address missing is the mine and it is so weird right
i checked already the link that you sent me thanks i posted already there
i hope everything will be ok, and for the moment i think is better to wait a little bit to see what is comming!
